Flexi Membership

For those golfers who love their golf, would like to maintain a handicap and play a top quality golf course, but have restrictions on their time such as work, family or other commitments, why not look into our Flexi Membership product.

For a small annual fee you become a member of Saffron Walden Golf Club and then purchase golfing credits. You redeem some of these credits each time you play. This means that you only pay when you play.

  • A Joining Fee of £500 (payable on joining)
  • Annual subscription of £393
  • Advance green fee payment of £250 (which is non-refundable and must be spent within the current financial year)
  • The ability to top-up your green fee swipe card once the initial £250 has been used (top-ups will be carried over to the following year but are non-refundable)  
  • A £75 bar and catering swipe card levy (which is non-refundable and must be spent within the current financial year) is due annually
  • Ability to sign in guests at the current introduced guest green fee rate, up to 3 on weekdays and Sundays and up to 1 on Saturdays (subject to Club Rules

Enjoy the course and facilities all year round and become a member of Saffron Walden Golf Club.

It’s a thinkers course, you can’t just grab your driver and bash away because there are some holes there that’ll eat you up. My favourite is the par-4 13th which calls for a draw off the tee to leave you a mid iron into a green that has a ridge across and is harder than it looks. The hole wouldn’t look out of place on some of the best layouts in the world.
